Position: Welder
Reports to: Production Manager

Responsibilities:
· Start up and shutdown of weld stations in accordance with Aqua-Hot’s manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
· Prepare, assemble, and weld materials
· Weld product subassemblies and final assemblies
· Test products and subassemblies for functionality and quality
· Measure and record data associated to manufacturing processes
· Maintain inventory of job materials
· Clean production equipment or work areas
Qualifications:
· Detail Oriented
· Team oriented and quality focused
· Great communication and written skills
· Ability to do basic math
· Ability to rotate to other areas when directed by the business
· Have reliable transportation
· High School Diploma or GED
· The want and desire to work for the company
· Must be able to pass a drug and background test
· Must be able to perform basic MIG and TIG welding – minimum 1-year experience as welder
· Previous experience in Lean/TOC/5S etc. preferred
Physical Qualifications: constant standing, repeat hand, arm, and upper body movement – push, pull, reach, bend and stoop
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
