Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and help build high-performing teams across the organization. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, overseeing one recruiter, and driving an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in talent acquisition, hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, enjoys developing creative sourcing strategies, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, onboarding, and candidate communication.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing updates throughout the hiring process.
Manage recruiting activities within Greenhouse ATS, including requisitions, candidate pipelines, scorecards, interview workflows, and reporting.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
Manage and optimize Indeed job postings and other recruiting platforms to maximize candidate quality and applicant flow.
Supervise, mentor, and support one recruiter through coaching, workload management, and performance feedback.
Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, quality of hire, retention, and open requisition status.
Prepare recruiting reports and hiring updates for leadership.
Continuously improve recruiting processes to create an efficient, organized, and positive hiring experience.
Represent the organization's mission, values, and culture throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting multiple departments.
Strong hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS.
Experience managing Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.
Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or leading another recruiter.
Proven success sourcing passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies.
Strong communication, organization, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while balancing competing priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
