Inventory Manager

King of Budz is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory operations within our dispensary. This is a leadership position responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring METRC compliance, managing deliveries, and leading an inventory team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily inventory operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Receive, verify, and process incoming product deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with METRC, state regulations, and company SOPs.
- Perform daily cycle counts, weekly audits, and full inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Organize and maintain all product storage areas.
- Coordinate product transfers, returns, and waste procedures.
- Work closely with General Managers, vendors, and purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Train, coach, and develop inventory staff.
- Generate inventory reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce shrink.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and available for sale.
Qualifications
- Previous inventory management experience required (cannabis experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of METRC and cannabis compliance regulations is highly preferred.
- Experience with Dutchie POS or similar inventory systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day.

Schedule
- Full-Time Salaried Position
- Minimum of 45 hours per week
- Must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
