Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a landscaper and unleash your passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Trademark Landscapes is hiring a dependable crew member to help build high-quality landscape and hardscape projects. This is hands-on outdoor work such as patios, walkways, stone, planting, grading, drainage, and finishing details. You’ll work on a small crew with a clear design plan.
If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing things the right way, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installs (prep, build, cleanup)
- Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Base prep: shovel/rake, wheelbarrow, compact, screed (training provided)
- Install edging, pavers/stone (as skill grows), and landscape features
- Help with planting, bed prep, mulch/stone, and final site cleanup
- Follow directions, work efficiently, and maintain jobsite safety
- Keep truck/trailer and jobsite organized and professional

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in changing conditions
- Good attitude, coachable, and able to take direction
- Basic hand tool comfort (we’ll train anything you don’t know)
- Must be dependable and consistent
Experience (Not Required, But A Plus)
- Landscaping, hardscaping, construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry
- Experience with saws, compactors, skid steer/mini skid, mini excavator
- Trailer towing, DOT/chauffeur license
