The Swag is currently hiring for our Culinary Team with a seasonal full-time Cook I position available. We expect motivated employees with a passion to serve others. Essential Functions – Culinary Cook I

- Welcome guests and employees to The Swag and tell our story.
- Create and provide a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with the health department guidelines and always practice safe food handling.
- Ensure menu is set for service prior to guest arrival
- Required to learn all menu items.
- Oversee staff meal.
- Assist the Executive, Sous and Pastry Chefs with day-to-day operations.
Minimum requirements:
· A strong desire to provide memorable, authentic service. Previous restaurant experience, excellent people skills with friendly attitude. Willingness to learn and grow culinary knowledge.
· Experience in fast paced, high quality culinary environment.
· Ability to multi-task
· Flexible schedule including working weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to work varied shifts based on occupancy, sitting, standing, walking, and bending. Lift /move/carry up to thirty pounds alone and greater with assistance.
