Overview
We’re looking for a motivated part-time home renovation specialist to join our family-owned business. This diverse role offers the chance to help maintain and improve residential homes with hands-on repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. The right person will have a wide range of skills, including basic indoor repairs, basic outdoor repairs, outdoor screen enclosure and screen fixes, paver repair and sealing, basic carpentry, and more. It’s a great fit for someone who works well independently, is open to learning our processes, takes direction easily, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
Duties
Duties include performing routine maintenance and repairs on building exteriors using hand tools and electrical equipment, troubleshooting and fixing issues, and helping with exterior residential projects while following safety guidelines. Keep detailed records of all maintenance work, inspections, and repairs, and ensure great customer service by addressing client concerns quickly and professionally.
Experience
Experience includes solid background in general maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) within residential environments, with strong knowledge and hands-on skills in exterior building upkeep. Capable of reading and following basic instructions to deliver quality results, paired with excellent English communication for clear documentation and customer service. Well-versed in safety protocols.
Requirements
Requirements include having your own transportation, with a truck required, the ability to lift over 50 pounds, and being comfortable working in various weather conditions like heat or rain. You should be able to read, speak, and understand English and must have a valid driver’s license.
