Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations at our [manufacturing/production] facility. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, driving preventive maintenance programs, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team
- Champion safety-first culture across all activities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Manage work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Oversee and execute capital improvement and facility upgrade projects
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Engineering or technical degree preferred
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations
- Experience with AutoCAD, PLCs, or similar tools is a plus
