```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
```Skills```
- Proficient in behavioral health assessment and intervention techniques
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations
- Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care facility
- Competent in performing venipuncture and other basic nursing procedures
- Skilled in wound care, medication administration, and IV therapy
- Familiarity with medical coding and documentation practices
- Ability to operate and ventilate patients on mechanical ventilators
- Knowledge of Botox administration for therapeutic purposes
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Experience with spinal tap procedures
