We are a local durable medical equipment company looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our administration team at our Franklin & Nashville, TN location. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
As the customer service representative, you will:
- Meet and greet clients and customers
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone and face-to-face
- Manage customer order entries
- Manage and update client accounts
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Update client databases
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support other departments

The successful candidate will also have:

- Experience using MS office software
- Proficient computer skills
