Associated Photo & Imaging is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following processes, and making sure every detail is handled correctly. The person in this role will be responsible for building shipping boxes, carefully packaging products, preparing domestic and international shipments, completing shipping paperwork, and helping ensure that customer orders arrive accurately and on time.
Success in this position comes from being thorough, dependable, and committed to getting the details right.

What You'll Do
- Build and prepare shipping boxes and packaging materials
- Carefully package products for domestic and international shipment
- Create shipping labels and process shipments through major carriers
- Prepare commercial invoices and other required international shipping documents
- Verify that shipments are accurate before they leave our facility
- Track shipments and maintain organized shipping records
- Help resolve shipping issues when they arise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Assist with production and fulfillment activities as needed
- Work closely with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or order processing
- Experience with international shipping documentation
- Familiarity with UPS & FedEx
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
