Work Schedule: Typically, you will work Monday thru Friday (3:00P.M - 11:30P.M.)

What Will You Do: As a Cafe Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them into the POS system.

Prepping menu items provided by management as needed on a daily basis.

Assist with incoming deliveries and help to put items away.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.

Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and beverages, with utmost attention to quality and presentation.

Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Who We're looking for:

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is REQUIRED.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
General Requirements:

Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.

Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
