Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager, hands on roll. (Dealership Experience a must) to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, supporting both staff and management in achieving operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal control
- Prepares daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, AR and AP schedules, other material accounts
- Maintains accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting
- Maintains Clean and Accurate accounting schedules
- Must be willing to train and develop support staff
- Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
- Other tasks and responsibilities congruent with the business office accounting manager role
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Dealership Management Systems, CDK is required.
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
