Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Screen Printing Operator who is skilled in both manual and automatic screen printing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to produce high-quality prints in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, register, and operate manual and automatic screen printing presses
- Mix inks and match colors accurately based on job specifications
- Prepare screens, including coating, exposing, reclaiming, and cleaning
- Inspect garments for quality control throughout production
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Troubleshoot printing issues such as registration, ink flow, and curing problems
Requirements:
- Prior experience with both manual and automatic screen printing presses
- Strong understanding of screen printing processes from start to finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Attention to detail and strong color accuracy skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable and punctual work history
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-color and high-volume production jobs
- Familiarity with screen reclaiming and press maintenance
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
