Join our team at BimmerNetwork, a leading provider of BMW Performance Aftermarket parts as a Fulfillment Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, inventory management, After-sale customer relations, and safe handling of materials. Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision for logistics accuracy
- Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and organized, and purchase orders are placed when needed
- Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods during shipping & receiving processes
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure order fulfillment meets company standards
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing warehouse distribution areas, and supporting overall warehouse operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers preferred, or retail stocking, including warehouse supervisor experience is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS) and barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes is a plus
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks consistently
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Excellent attention to detail in order picking & packing, quality control, and stock management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards
- Automotive/Performance Modification knowledge (BMW specifically) is a huge plus!
