Location: Sevierville - 1900 Winfield Dunn Parkway
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM + rotating Saturdays (half days)
Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 base + bonus/commission potential

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident guiding customers through the buying process—from first conversation to final delivery.
If you have experience in trailers, motorsports, agriculture, or automotive sales, that’s a strong plus—but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. Our team is active—working the lot, walking inventory with customers, and occasionally jumping in to support operations. You’ll be on your feet, outside in varying weather conditions, and engaged in the day-to-day flow of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate trailer solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Track and manage inventory within internal systems
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and prior customers to drive repeat business
- Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
- Assist with merchandising, lot organization, and showroom presentation
- Support marketing efforts through light social media engagement and customer interaction
- Deliver a high-quality, relationship-driven customer experience
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (trailers, auto, motorsports, ag, or related industries)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with technology, including CRM systems and inventory software
- Basic understanding of social media and digital communication (Facebook, messaging, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays (half days)
- Willingness to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs
