We’re looking for an experienced Automatic Screw Machine Operator to join our fast-paced, precision-driven shop. What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate multi-spindle automatic screw machines with indexing and bar-feeding systems.
- Read blueprints and specifications to produce precision parts that meet exact tolerances.
- Adjust tooling, optimize machine timing, and troubleshoot to keep operations running smoothly.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Lift, move, and inspect finished parts, ensuring quality at every step.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating automatic screw machines.
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, height stands, and comparators.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
