The RN Supervisor would initially visit each client and help complete an assessment/service plan that lists the client's needs, limitations, and approved personal care tasks.
After that, routine supervisory visits would be completed at least every 90 days, or more often based on client need and agency requirements.
Other responsibilities would include reviewing service documentation, incident reports, and changes in client condition, as well as being available/on call during caregiver service hours in case RN guidance is needed.
Initial assessment: $300 per client
Routine supervisory visit: $200 per client
On-call availability: $500 per month while clients are active
Extra work/documentation/training:
$50 per hour
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
