THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting our Downtown Minneapolis Client with finding their next motivated, collaborative Associate Attorney with 3 - 7 years of commercial lending experience to join its fast paced, collaborative lending team. Ideal candidates have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate financing and/or UCC secured transactions.
- Draft, review, and revise commercial lending documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide legal opinions and strategic guidance based on current laws and regulations.
- Negotiate loan terms and respond to comments from opposing counsel.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
- 3 - 7 years of experience representing financial institutions or secured lenders in commercial lending, including real estate and asset based transactions. • Excellent writing, proofreading, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in MS Word; strong computer skills. • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Experience with iManage document management software.

- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Effective multitasking and organization in a high volume environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.

- Competitive compensation ranging from $210,000 - $260,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

- Full-time onsite position in Minneapolis with a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Standard Monday - Friday schedule; flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
