At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars. As an SA you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding expectations. You will help enter tickets into the computer systems, answer the phone and take customer payments. You will help coordinate the workflow of technicians. You will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Qualifications / Requirements include:
● 2+ years retail customer service and/or retail sales experience a big plus
- automotive knowledge helpful, but can be learned
● Excellent communication and sales skills
● An outgoing personality
- awesome friendly hospitality skills
- a desire to help customers
● Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work
● Good computer and phone skills
● Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
● Ability to work a flexible 5 day schedule including Saturdays
● Be able to pass background check
● Valid driver’s license or ID
