RDI Trading has an opening for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Our office is located in Dallas, TX near the corner of 635 and North Tollway.
RDI Trading is a highly secured company selling high-end products to retailers nationwide. The company also has an overseas branch and offices in Philadelphia.
The individual filling this position will serve as the firm's receptionist and administrative assistant.
- Vehicle is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering the telephones for a seven person office
- Greeting and serving guests
- Communicating with the firm's clients
- Keeping the reception area and common areas tidy and presentable
- Filing, copying and scanning
- Data entering to the clients and inventory management software
- Preparing simple documents
- Sending out and receiving mail and FedEx packages
- Performing general administrative tasks and running office errands
- Basic bookkeeping tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Detail oriented
- Must have vehicle
- Ability to organize and plan effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and other Windows based software
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- High School Graduate
