Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precise components according to technical specifications. Your expertise in equipment troubleshooting, mechanical knowledge, and machine operation will ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety protocols. Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machinery such as milling machines and lathes based on detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure precise machining operations.
- Program CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software for efficient production runs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols diligently.
Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines and CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
- Experience with CAD software for designing or modifying parts.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively using diagnostic tools and mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of tooling selection, setup procedures, and machining best practices.
- Understanding of safety regulations related to manufacturing environments.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
