Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations (ID verification and responsible serving).
Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete post-shift duties.
Support FOH and BOH teams for a collaborative, efficient service.
Engage with guests to discuss wines, regions, and tasting notes, ensuring an elevated experience.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices, including proper hand washing, FIFO (first in, first out), and cleaning protocols. Adhere to health department standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure that all workstations, coolers, and storage areas are stocked, organized, and properly cleaned throughout the shift.
Complete all side work, including resetting tables, polishing silverware and restocking service stations.
Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Health Department certification and STAR certification, to comply with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
