Summary
As Personal Care Assistant at MCO Homecare Services, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs according to client preferences.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring when necessary.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Engage clients in memory care activities to promote cognitive function.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting or transferring clients when needed.
- Familiarity with memory care and hospice care practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Experience:
- PCA/CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification and First Aid (Required)
