We are a growing landscape and hardscape company looking for an experienced Mason / Hardscape Installer to join our team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor living projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways.
- Build retaining walls using concrete block systems.
- Install brick pavers and masonry features.
- Perform small concrete projects including sidewalks, pads, and curbs.
- Excavate, grade, and prepare bases using proper compaction techniques.
- Read layout plans and follow project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, cut-off saws, and other masonry equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of masonry or hardscape installation experience.
- Experience installing pavers, retaining walls, brick, and concrete.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay
$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
