The initial shifts for this position will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. Additional shifts and private event opportunities may become available as the Denver location grows.
In this role, you will lead engaging painting sessions paired with social sipping experiences, creating a fun, welcoming, and judgment-free environment for participants of all skill levels. Your enthusiasm, artistic ability, and confidence in managing a lively classroom will help create memorable experiences while encouraging creativity, self-expression, and community.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay Structure
Compensation is based on ticket sales per event:
- 1–15 tickets: $125 per event
- 16–30 tickets: $150 per event
- 31–36 tickets: $190 per event
- 36+ tickets: $200 per event
- Private Events: $200 per event
Instructors are also encouraged to make tipping options available to guests, including Venmo, Cash App, and other preferred payment methods. On average, guests tip approximately $10 per person.
Responsibilities
- Lead interactive Sip N’ Paint sessions by guiding participants through step-by-step painting instructions.
- Create a lively, encouraging, and inclusive atmosphere for guests of all skill levels.
- Prepare a master painting at home before each class to ensure you are fully prepared to instruct participants.
- Help develop creative class content and painting experiences.
- Foster a positive community environment that encourages creativity, social interaction, and self-expression.
- Set up, organize, clean, maintain, and properly store painting supplies and equipment before and after each session.
- Manage classroom flow and ensure guests have an enjoyable and engaging experience.
- Transport necessary supplies and equipment to and from events as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in visual arts, painting, drawing, or a related creative field.
- Ability to confidently guide individuals with varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Energetic, friendly, and comfortable engaging with groups.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Experience with classroom, workshop, event, or group instruction is a plus.
- Ability to properly set up, clean, organize, and store supplies and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
