The Village Veterinary Hospital & Boarding, Sedona’s beloved neighborhood veterinary practice, is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to be the warm, welcoming face of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

What You’ll Do (4×10 Schedule) You’ll work full-time on a 4×10 schedule that includes weekends.
- Greet clients and their pets with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Manage a busy front desk: schedule appointments, check patients in and out, handle multi-line phones, and process payments
- Use veterinary management software (training provided) to maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively between clients, veterinarians, technicians, boarding, and doggie daycamp teams
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Educate clients about our services, wellness plans, boarding, and doggie daycamp
Who We’re Looking For
- A naturally personable, smiley, and positive individual who puts both people and pets at ease
- Previous veterinary, medical office, or high-volume customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Office/email; ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong multitasking skills with a consistently positive attitude in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- True passion for animals and a collaborative team-player mindset
- Reliable with open availability, including weekends
