Warehouse Associate
As a Warehouse Associate with Whitehaus Collection, you’ll support the core operations of our business through accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfillment. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring products are properly handled, stocked, and ready for delivery.
A Little About Your Day:
- Receive incoming product shipments from manufacturers and carefully inspect all items for damage, defects, and quality issues
- Accurately stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Package products with care using foam-packaging systems to ensure safe transit and damage-free delivery
- Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems
- Professionally communicate with customers and vendors via email as needed regarding orders, shipments, or product issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with the warehouse team, customer service, and other departments to resolve issues and keep orders moving
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, organization, and efficiency

What You’ll Need for Success
- 3-5 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping software systems
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional written communication skills with the ability to compose clear, professional emails
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and movement throughout the warehouse
