LV Property Management, LLC is seeking a high-performing Property Manager who thrives on accountability, takes extreme ownership, and knows how to drive property performance while creating exceptional resident experiences. Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus opportunities!
What You'll Do
Drive Occupancy & Resident Satisfaction

Lead leasing efforts, prospect follow-up, and conversions to achieve occupancy goals

Develop renewal strategies that maximize resident retention

Resolve escalated resident concerns with professionalism and urgency

Ensure lease renewals, transfers, and move-out processes are completed accurately and compliantly
Own Property Financial Performance

Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and legal notices

Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, and expense control

Review invoices, approve vendor payments, and monitor budget adherence
Manage Operations & Property Standards

Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement

Oversee unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready

Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and company policies
Lead & Develop Your Team

Coach, mentor, and hold leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams accountable

Set clear expectations and foster a culture of ownership, service, and results

Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of Property Manager experience (multifamily/luxury experience preferred)
-
Proven success driving occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Financially savvy with experience managing budgets, reporting, AP, and variance analysis

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
-
Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems preferred
