We are seeking an upbeat positive, dedicated Full-Time Laundromat Attendant to join our team at Laundromat City. You must be able to take direction and be able to work alone. Customer service is something we value and must be taken seriously.
Duties
- Customer service
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold garments
- Assist customers with their laundry needs, providing friendly and professional service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy laundry loads and garment bags safely
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including washing stations and customer waiting areas
- Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions promptly, and support basic troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
