Drive the company flatbed truck to job sites for landscape maintenance and project needs.

Assist with landscape construction projects, including hand digging, grading, moving soil and gravel, operating machinery, installing fences and concrete, and setting up irrigation systems.

Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks efficiently.

Load and unload materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of supplies and debris.

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, string trimming, pruning hedges, using blowers, and applying pesticides and herbicides.

Educate customers about lawn care, irrigation, and pest control as needed.

Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all work performed.

Assist with shop duties, including cleaning, organizing, and equipment care.

Use a spotter when backing up vehicles or operating in tight areas.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations.

Valid driver's license required.

Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive vehicles with trailers or small equipment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional, friendly demeanor with attention to detail and pride in work.

Self-motivated and able to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and working outdoors.
