Lotus Concepts Management is a leading hospitality group based in Denver, Colorado, operating a portfolio of high-volume, dynamic restaurant and nightlife concepts including Viewhouse, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard, and more. Our corporate team supports multiple locations across the state, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and continued growth.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team in our downtown Denver office.
The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of multiple restaurant properties. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
This is an in-office role, working Monday through Friday at our downtown Denver corporate office.
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports for multiple restaurant locations
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and financial data for accuracy
- Work within QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and financial tracking
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed
- Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Required: Experience with or strong familiarity with QuickBooks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience (hospitality experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different properties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Must be reliable and comfortable working in an in-person, collaborative office environment
- Salary range: $60,000 – $72,000 per year, based on experience
