Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Enrollment Associate
- As an Entry Level Verizon Representative, meet with customers in person in the Boston area to understand their service needs
- Guide customers through plan options, upgrades, and features with simple, clear explanations
- Assist with account updates, ensuring all changes are accurate and properly documented
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Track account activity and customer sales interactions to meet performance goals
- Share insights and feedback with leadership to improve customer experience
