Melville, NY — Up to $165K Base + Incentive + Benefits
A boutique wealth management firm on Long Island is looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its advisory team.
This is a client-focused role with an established book of approximately ~90 relationships. The firm is looking for someone polished, personable, and relationship-driven who enjoys working closely with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
This is not a heavy cold-prospecting role. The firm has existing clients, strong referral activity, and qualified lead flow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Lead client review meetings and planning conversations
- Provide financial planning, retirement planning, and investment guidance
- Work with affluent and high-net-worth households
- Follow up with qualified prospective clients and referrals
- Coordinate with planning specialists on tax, estate, and trust-related needs
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar advisor role
- CFP — Certified Financial Planner required
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Polished, personable, and professional client presence
- Comfortable onsite 5 days per week in the Hauppauge / Suffolk County area
