Prior experience integrating therapy programs with school districts, special education programs, pediatric healthcare, or therapy service organizations.
Texas school district implementation experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in project management, implementation, operations, healthcare, education or service delivery environments.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational, planning, project coordination, and follow-through skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
Ability to drive accountability and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating project plans, timelines, implementation trackers, status reports, and executive-level updates.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
Experience working with school districts, special education programs, pediatric healthcare, or therapy service organizations.
Knowledge of speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy operations.
Familiarity with IEPs, ARD meetings, school-based service delivery models, and special education workflows.
Experience supporting credentialing, compliance, background screening, and provider onboarding processes.
