What You’ll Do
- Focus 100% on generating new personal lines P&C business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
- Prospect daily using calls, texts, email, social media, and local networking.
- Meet with prospects, identify needs, and recommend tailored Farmers solutions.
- Close sales, bind coverage, and consistently hit monthly premium targets.[Memory]

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Property & Casualty insurance license (active license preferred).
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.
- Insurance experience is a plus; training on products and processes is provided for the right person.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
