We are looking for a pediatric occupational therapist to join our growing team! Growth Spurt Pediatric Therapy, Inc. serves clients in their homes in Mendocino County and beyond. Most of our clients are 0-3 years old. We offer competitive pay ($67-$74 per treatment session depending on experience), mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, paid session preparation time, paid no shows/late cancellations, new referral bonuses, paid sick time, paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer matching, a supplies/CEU stipend, and flexible scheduling. We also offer training and mentorship in a multitude of areas including feeding and eating.
Qualifications:
-Understanding of HIPAA guidelines.
-Excellent email communication.
-Flexibility, adaptability, problem solving capability, creativity, initiative, team player skills, multitasking ability, organizational skills, time management skills and a strong work ethic.
-Livescan/fingerprinting/background check required.
