What You’ll Do

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product inquiries

Process returns, exchanges, and front-end transactions

Answer phones and provide customer support

Maintain a clean and organized front-end area

Support front-end team members and daily store operations

Manage lottery machine operations and related procedures
