Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests, observations, and assessments.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Help maintain compliance with DCFS licensing standards and NAEYC best practices.
- Support the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care.
Qualifications
✔ Minimum of 6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
✔ Previous experience working with young children preferred
✔ Passion for helping children learn and grow every day
