Fiber Splicing Specialist Position:
We’re looking to add multiple experienced Fiber Splicing Specialists to our team here at HyperTower.
In this role, you can expect to earn $40-$55+ per hour, including all travel incentives and per diem. The starting rate for new team members will be decided on a case by case basis depending on each person’s individual experience and track record, and will then be adjusted after 6 months of employment based on their actual performance while working on our team.

This is a full-time traveling position. Our main office is located in Macon, MO. However, we travel all over Missouri, Iowa, Illinois and the surrounding states, so you will be staying in a hotel Monday through Thursday. Our typical rotation schedule consists of driving to the project on Monday morning, staying on the road throughout the week, and then driving home on Thursday or Friday. This allows everyone to be home Friday night through Monday morning each week. We value quality time with family and friends, which is why we do what it takes to ensure that 100% of our team members are allowed to be home every single weekend throughout the year. With that said, we also allow for generous amounts of overtime to those who prefer to work 50-60hrs per week.
Each person on our team is assigned their own company truck and fuel card which includes driving to and from projects each week. - No one drives their own vehicle to a project.

Each person typically works by themselves throughout the entire day, and is solely responsible to pull their own weight. We have high standards and are serious about getting the job done fast and efficiently, while simultaneously maintaining very high-quality workmanship.
