Flamingos Vintage Pound is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Store Manager (Weekends) to join our growing team.

Pay
Starting at $18.00/hour for Retail Sales Associates.
Starting at $20.00/hour for Key Holders (depending on experience and responsibilities).
Schedule
Part-Time position.
Weekend availability required.
Applicants must be available to work full-day shifts. We are not hiring for half-day or partial shifts.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
Assist customers with products, pricing, and promotions.
Operate the cash register and process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Restock merchandise and maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Help create attractive product displays and merchandising.
Keep the store clean and organized.
Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.
Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills and cash-handling experience are a plus.
