Amae Aesthetics is a luxury skin and nail spa built on intentional care, elevated standards, and meaningful connection. We are looking for a licensed Master Esthetician who is as passionate about the experience they create, as much as the results they deliver.

Responsibilities
- Perform a range of advanced skin services including microneedling, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, acne treatments, our signature facial, and laser services
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans that support long-term skin health
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up communication
- Confidently recommend professional skincare products that support client results
- Contribute to a team culture rooted in warmth, professionalism, accountability, and shared excellence
Experience
- Current Utah Master Esthetician license required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply. We value attitude, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to learning just as much as prior experience
- Experience with advanced modalities such as microneedling, chemical peels, and Hydrafacial. Laser experience is preferred, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate
- Genuine passion for skin health, continued education, and client connection
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- A team player who understands the client experience is always bigger than any one person

Additional Information
Amae Aesthetics is scheduled to open in August 2026. Team members hired before opening will complete training and onboarding at the owner's existing solo esthetics practice, allowing you to learn our service standards, client experience, and treatment protocols before transitioning into the new spa space.
Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
