We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front-of-House Manager to help lead our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
As FOH Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to ensure smooth operations, support and coach the front-of-house team, and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers during service
- Train and coach staff to uphold Allora’s hospitality standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
- Ensure FOH areas are clean, stocked, and service-ready
- Help manage shift flow, opening/closing duties, and team communication
- Collaborate with BOH and management to maintain service consistency
- Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of FOH management or supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Calm, confident demeanor during high-volume service
- A hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible schedule availability
