It is a fantastic place to work and thrive as a licensed massage therapist. We are a woman-owned small business, and the owner is a practicing licensed massage therapist herself.

We have two locations: one in Brookside, Missouri and the other is in Lenexa, Kansas. The first location is inside of a chiropractic office. We are hiring at the Lenexa location for a full-time position, but we will consider part time positions as well.
We are looking for a passionate, friendly and compassionate professional with a strong background in massage therapy. The ideal massage therapist will be clinically minded and looking to provide best outcome for the clients they work with. At the Lenexa location, we are inside a chiropractic office. The ideal candidate for this position wants to continue growing in their skill and is open to feedback from the team when necessary.
A way that our practice is different from the others is that we are committed to your growth as well as the growth of the clinic. We want to give you a platform to do your massage work as effectively and passionately as ever. Owned and operated by a licensed massage therapist of 14+ years, we offer in house training in areas that you might need some sharpening in. Additionally, we are not an a-la-carte massage service; whatever tool or skill you have and you think your client needs--and they agree to--you can use without adding $$$$$. It's a win, win--you save your hands and they get the upgrades they need for the relief they came in for.
Currently the massage modalities we use are but are not limited to: deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, sports, cupping, oncology, Sarga Bodywork, MLD, stretching, and hot stones.
The ideal candidate would :
- be licensed in Missouri and able to get their Lenexa license
- be a self-motivated, skilled, collaborative and passionate licensed massage therapist who has at least 1 year of massage therapy experience
- acclimate to the electronic medical records system (Jane) to chart soap notes, to set up appointments, and take payments if necessary
- collaborate with the existing team of massage therapists eagerly and happily
- be open to an energetic environment where you constantly learn
- be hungry, humble, smart and teachable
- available to work alternating Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Perform therapeutic techniques, including tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing concerns and ensuring a comfortable experience
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes

-We hire employees at an hourly rate of $30-$35/hour plus 100 % of your tips (depends on experience)
