We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team for local refrigerated freight deliveries. Operating out of the Henderson Distribution Center, this position offers home daily scheduling, 100% no-touch freight, and a highly competitive pay structure based on your level of experience.
Most loads deliver at night, meaning you get to skip the heavy daytime traffic and enjoy smoother routes.
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 (based on full schedule)

Experience-Based CPM Structure (All Miles):

0–11 months: $0.45 CPM

12–35 months: $0.47 CPM

10+ years: $0.54 CPM

PLUS $20 per stop pay
- Home Daily: Get home to your family after every shift (extremely rare hotel overnights only if unforeseen delays occur).

Shift Times: Night shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (highest freight volumes run Wednesday through Saturday).

Rotating Work Schedule: 6 days on / 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days on / 2 days off.
- Transport refrigerated freight from the distribution center to regional stores.

100% No-Touch Freight: Focus entirely on driving.

Manage 1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip.

Paid Training Provided: 1 day of classroom training ($50 stipend) followed by 2–3 days of ride-along training ($100 per day).
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
