Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Practice
Established one-doctor private practice in Allentown’s West End. Enjoy 60-minute appointments, a loyal patient base, and a fully booked hygiene schedule focused on quality care rather than production. Our office has strong patient retention and a booked hygiene schedule.
We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who values patient education, preventive care, and building long-term relationships with patients.
Compensation: $45+/hour, based on experience
Flexible scheduling available. Daily start and end times can be adjusted for the right candidate.
Paid time off.
Weekly Payroll
Position available for 3–4 days per week (approximately 21–28 hours), though we are also open to candidates seeking fewer days.
Immediate opening available but start date can be flexible to accommodate existing commitments or summer travel plans.
Available hours:
Monday: option of 10 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) and scaling & root planing
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take dental X-rays
- Complete periodontal charting
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
