Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Graveyard Shift Manager to lead our overnight operations with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role involves supervising staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing crisis situations, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the night. As a Graveyard Shift Manager, you will be the key point of contact during the overnight hours, fostering a safe, organized, and responsive atmosphere that supports both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of on duty staff engaged in the gaming operations.
- Create and maintain favorable relationships with casino guests per accepted professional standards.
- Resolve and report all problems, issues or occurrences relating to guests, personnel, and equipment per company policy.
- Ensure that all pertinent information relating to the operation of the casino is passed on to the relief manager and the appropriate departments within the company.
- Analyze staffing needs and coordinate breaks for staff.
- Ensure that all staff complete job duties satisfactorily and according to Company Policy and Procedure.
- Adhere to all Nevada Gaming Laws, Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, Criminal Laws, Labor Laws, and Company Policy and Procedure.
- Understand the rules of all casino promotions and gaming regulations.
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
