Driving Requirement: Driving is an essential part of this role. You will safely operate a company vehicle to and from various job sites daily.

Cleaning Excellence: Perform professional dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization, including deep-cleaning and waste removal.

Safe Transit: Safely operate the company vehicle between various job sites in the Monterey area.

Digital Reporting: Use the Jobber app to log work, upload before/after photos, and complete checklists.

Chemical Safety: Responsible use, storage, and transport of all cleaning agents.

Professionalism: Represent the company professionally in the field at all times.

Equipment Care: Help ensure all tools, supplies, and company vehicles are organized and well-maintained.

Availability: Target start date is July 1st (subject to change based on client/business needs).

Driving: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Federal ID: REAL ID or other valid federal identification (e.g., Passport).

Schedule: Weekend and holiday availability is highly preferred.

Physical: Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).

Background: Able to pass a federal-level background check (post-offer).
We are committed to helping our team grow. High-performing seasonal workers may be considered for a transition to a permanent part-time or full-time schedule and future promotion paths to Technician II and Senior levels.
Please Note: Transition to a permanent schedule is not guaranteed. Decisions are made at the end of the seasonal term and are based on company needs, client demand, and individual performance.

Retention Bonus: $175 after 6 months of continuous employment (for those transitioning to permanent roles).

Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours of paid sick leave provided per calendar year upon completion of a 90-day orientation and review period.
