What This Role Looks Like
Meet with families — virtually or in person — to understand their financial situation and present protection solutions- Build your own client base and referral network over time- Attend weekly in-person training that teaches you how to sell, not just what to sell- Option to build and lead your own team as you grow.

What You'll Realistically Earn
New agents in their first 90 days typically bring in $2,000–$5,000/month while building their book and completing licensing. Agents who are consistent and coachable reach $6,000–$15,000/month within their first year. Income is commission-based — your activity drives your results. We'll show you exactly what that looks like from day one.

- No prior insurance experience required — full training provided
- Must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and willing to obtain a Texas Life & Health license (we guide you through the full process)
How It Works When You Apply
1. Apply — we review your information within 24 hours
2. Schedule a 15-minute intro call with our local SE DFW team
3. If it's a mutual fit, we walk you through licensing with full support
4. Begin training and start building your client base and income
This is a 1099 independent contractor / commission-based opportunity.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
