Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/Housekeeper to join a warm and dynamic household. This role combines attentive childcare with thorough residential housekeeping, ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for 2 children 6 & 4. The ideal candidate will be passionate about caring for children, skilled in household management, and capable of providing support tailored to children. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare for children of different ages, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness
- Assist with preschool activities, playtime, educational support, and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs, including meal planning and preparation
- Perform thorough residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, organizing toys, and maintaining a tidy living space
- Support children with disabilities by implementing specialized caregiving techniques and ensuring their comfort and inclusion
- Offer personal transportation assistance for school runs, appointments, or extracurricular activities using private transportation as needed
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to handle emergencies effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in roles such as nannying or babysitting, especially with multiple children
- Strong background in childcare including preschool experience and toddler care
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques for children with disabilities and experience working with children with special needs
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is preferred
- Ability to perform residential housekeeping duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with personal transportation assistance capability is preferred

Pay: $23.87 - $28.74 per hour
