We are looking for a full-time Window & Door Technician Assistant to join our team. This entry-level, field-based position requires daily travel to jobsites, homes, and other service locations to support evaluations, repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting of window and door products. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced technician, assist with hands-on service work, help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and build the skills needed to grow into a Window & Door Service Technician position. The ideal candidate has a natural aptitude for building and fixing, baseline knowledge of tools and construction-related practices, a strong work ethic, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn quickly while following safety and quality standards.
- This position is a field position, daily travel required.
